
Bouquet Subscription Terms & Conditions
When you purchase a Highbridge Ridge Blooms Bouquet Subscription, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
General Subscription Commitments
There are no refunds or cancellations once a bouquet subscription is purchased. We are happy to transfer your purchase to a recipient of your choice, if need be!
We reserve the right to change the pick-up dates of the bouquet subscription if external factors arise – such as severe weather conditions, or crop bloom times. If such an occasion occurs, Highbridge Ridge Blooms will email you with updated pickup information.
You will need to add hello@highbridgeridgeblooms.com to your email contact list, to ensure that you receive updates and reminders from us regarding your bouquet subscription. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you aren’t seeing our emails, or feel free to contact us for assistance!
Bouquet Pick-Up
It is your responsibility to pick up your bouquets at the designated pick-up location, during the designated pick-up time frame.
If you are unable to pick up one of your bouquets, you can have a friend pick up for you (just make sure they pick up under your name!) If no one is able to pick up your bouquet, let us know – we can make an attempt to give it away for you! Please remember, we cannot offer refunds for missed pick-ups, and we cannot accommodate pick-ups outside of your designated pick-up window.
Bouquet Care
Flowers are a perishable product, with vase life varying from 3 days for some varieties, all the way up to 10+ days for others! It is the responsibility of the customer to take proper care of their bouquet after receiving it. We will provide you with flower care information at the beginning of each bouquet subscription!
We harvest our flowers during their peak harvest window, and follow proper post-harvest conditioning for each variety. We are not responsible for poor vase life/flower quality due to improper care after you receive your bouquet.
